Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.


3. What are your delivery timelines?

We typically deliver orders within 7–10 business days via surface transport. For bulk or customized orders, timelines may vary. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.


4. Do you offer customization or engraving services?

Yes, select products can be personalized with names, initials, or logos. For bulk gifting, corporate orders, or wedding favors, please contact us at ornategifts@gmail.com or +91-98110 45777.


5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also log into your Ornate Stores account and check order status under “My Orders.”


6. What are the shipping charges?

  • Orders below ₹5,000: ₹350

  • Orders ₹5,000 – ₹20,000: ₹500

  • Orders above ₹20,000: ₹750
    Additional handling charges may apply for fragile or oversized items.


7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns only in the case of:

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong item delivered

8. How do I initiate a return?

Email us at ornategifts@gmail.com with images of the issue and order details. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and process your refund/store credit accordingly.


9. What refund options are available?

You can choose between:

  • Store Credit (issued within 48 hours)

  • Refund to original payment method (processed within 7 working days)

  • CBD orders: Refunded via cheque or store credit within 15 days


10. What payment methods do you accept?

We support:

  • Credit & Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • UPI

  • Cash Before Delivery (CBD) – payment must be made via bank transfer before dispatch


11. Can I cancel my order?
